In case the BOAT is found to have defects without the fault of the either the BUYER or the SELLER, the BUYER may return BOAT to the SELLER and get a full reimbursement of the payment price or replacement of the item plus damages arising from the defect at the option of the BUYER. The BUYER has from the delivery date of the BOAT to have it examined by an independent mechanic for any defects. The SELLER has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the BOAT, and believes to the best of his knowledge that the BOAT being sold is in good operating condition.

The BOAT is sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranty and representation of the SELLER other than those expressly stated above. The SELLER also warrants that the BOAT is free from any liens and encumbrances. SELLER REPRESENTATION: SELLER warrants to the BUYER that he/she is the real owner of the BOAT and that he has legal right title thereto to grant, sell, convey, and transfer ownership to the BUYER. REGISTRATION AND OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS: Upon the payment in full of the amount agreed above, the SELLER, at his/her own cost shall effect the transfer of ownership and registration, if applicable, of the BOAT to the BUYER.
